Three-Step Implementation Process
Our thorough three-step implementation process ensures we get everything set up correctly in our system for your company and employees. Each of our client partners are assigned a dedicated implementation manager who guides them in all aspects of plan build and program design.
1. The implementation manager works with the client to create and complete the initial plan build and program design.
2. Plan build and program design is reviewed and approved by the client to ensure accuracy.
3. Your dedicated account manager will complete a final round of testing prior to go-live date to ensure claims are processed correctly.
Throughout the entire process, we are verifying the accuracy of your plan information and confirming that all medication costs are processing according to the plan’s benefit. Our goal is to exceed your expectations with a smooth implementation for you and your employees.
Clinical Services Team
Our clinical services team includes experienced pharmacists who monitor your plan to ensure employees receive the appropriate and necessary medications. They also make recommendations that can save the plan and employees money by using generics or alternatives to some of the more expensive medications.
We provide many solutions to help control the overall pharmacy cost to the employer while still providing the employees with the most effective medication.
Dedicated Account Management
Our valued clients are assigned a dedicated account manager who will monitor plan spend and recommend potential solutions, as well as possible benefit changes as needed. We provide quarterly reports to our clients and keep our clients alerted to any potential impact to the plan to eliminate any “surprises” in plan spend.
