• Select a plan, for the current transaction, from the Plan Designs provided. You are not required to enroll in a specific discount plan. Vary the plans any way you like.
• Customize program information for your patients. Remember, participation in this program entitles you to access FREE RxAdvantage graphics and additional marketing tools.
• Place RxAdvantage kit sign on your counter to promote your program.
• Enroll patients by entering patient information on the backside of the membership card using a ballpoint pen or fine point permanent marker.
• Member ID assignment is optional.
• Submit claims utilizing plan corresponding group number and MaxCare BIN and PCN.

Start-up kit is priced at $35.00 and includes:

• 1 standard RxAdvantage counter sign
• 100 standard RxAdvantage member cards
• Unlimited on-line access to RxAdvantage Discount Club Graphics for marketing/promotional materials.

Card reorders are $25.00 plus S&H for 100 standard RxAdvantage member cards.

Additional counter signs are also available for $5.00 each.
